Our History
JMI Reports began in 1987 as a family-owned business focused on loss prevention and property risk assessment. From those regional roots, we grew into a trusted partner serving insurance carriers, MGAs, and underwriters nationwide.
That growth was built in the field—understanding properties, recognizing risk, and earning client trust through dependable service. A commitment to integrity, industry expertise, and personal accountability continues to shape how we work today.
As the insurance industry evolved, so did our approach. We expanded beyond traditional onsite surveys to combine field expertise with software, aerial imagery, data analytics, and self-service assessment tools. Our proprietary BlueSkyVUE platform connects these capabilities, giving clients more flexibility in how they gather property intelligence and assess risk.
