Risk Reporting: Interior Report Types
From basic documentation to comprehensive evaluations, our interior reports provide the crucial insights insurance providers need to make informed underwriting decisions.

Includes documentation and photos of the general interior condition of the dwelling, including repair and renovation history; electrical, heating and plumbing systems; and more.

Takes a deeper dive into the property’s interior condition than the basic report, including additional details about construction materials and finishes; safety and protective devices like fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and generators.

Provides the most detailed assessment of property risk, including all interior and exterior material choices; a full electrical, heating and plumbing review; detailed photos of each room; high-level detail of built-in appliances and finishes; and an accurate replacement cost estimate from the Carrier’s software choice (integrations available with CoreLogic, E2Value or Verisk ISO360).

Generates a risk assessment view and photographs of properties under construction or renovation through the progression of the project. Includes property value at each stage; security; protective devices; housekeeping; use and storage of flammables; and more.

Roof:
Evaluation of overall roof condition including age, repair or replacement history, and multi-angle photos of roof, chimney, gutter and more.
Coastal/Wind:
Assessment of potential loss in hurricane events, including distance to coast, protective devices, roof structure and preparation plan.
Brush/Wildfire:
Review of potential losses due to uncontrolled wildfire including type of brush, defendable space, slope, egress, water supply and more.

Assessment of potential risk related to a swimming pool including fencing, self-closing gates, diving boards, safety devices and overall condition.
