It is a fast and reliable DIY alternative to traditional boots-on-the-ground property surveys, delivering the critical property data you need with less hassle to the homeowner and lower cost for you. Your RiskVUE report is customizable based on the exposures that are most important to you, including in-depth details of liability hazards, roof condition, structure and premises condition, natural hazards and more. Every RiskVUE report includes a scoring matrix and risk category thresholds that are dictated by your unique underwriting needs.
Hazard Scoring: Less Subjectivity, More Efficiency
You’ll make more efficient underwriting decisions with RiskVUE’s customizable hazard scoring. You choose which property risks are most important to you, and we work with you to create a scoring model that minimizes subjectivity and speeds up your decision-making process. Using a combination of onsite property surveys, robust data, and the latest in insurtech innovation, your RiskVUE report will generate an objective score and rank of each property and provide recommendations to lower your risk.

Hazard Data:
Potential property damage risks including: wind, hail, tornado, lightning, flood, storm surge, earthquake, brownfield, Superfund, wildfire and fire protection.
Property Data:
Characteristics and condition over time (including the roof), accurate property measurements, living and non-living square footage, ITV/replacement cost.

RiskVUE IQ
When you’ve identified the residential or commercial properties you need to assess but want an alternative to traditional surveys, RiskVUE IQ is the tool for you. It delivers the same DIY technology as QuickVUE to collect and validate core property data from policyholders, but can be utilized independently on a property-by-property basis. If a homeowner doesn’t comply with the DIY process within 7 days, we’ll automatically deploy a boots-on-the-ground field representative.
DIY or self-service tools are mobile applications or online platforms that empower policyholders or property owners to conduct their own assessments and provide relevant information to their insurance companies. Using the DIY RiskVUE IQ mobile tool, your policyholders will validate core property data, including:
