Nathan Clark
President & CEO
As President and CEO of JMI Reports, Nathan has led the company with a focus on excellence, innovation, and growth over his 35-year career, 30 of which were spent in the Field Services industry. His leadership is defined by a steadfast commitment to operational transformation and fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and high standards, particularly during periods of significant growth.
Nate’s client-focused approach and deep industry expertise, coupled with a strong background in both the insurance and tech industries, position JMI as an industry leader in an evolving market. By empowering his team and prioritizing meaningful partnerships, he continues to drive JMI’s mission to deliver top-tier solutions to clients while maintaining a fulfilling environment for employees.
Tim McKendry
Senior Vice President of Growth and Innovation
Tim joined his father and brother Brian at JMI Reports in 1994 and has since worked in nearly every area of the company, including the field, quality assurance, and client relations. Over the years, he has played a key role in developing the company’s nationwide presence. His passion for relationships and unwavering commitment to company values set a strong example both within and outside of JMI, reflecting how the company does business.
As Senior Vice President of Growth and Innovation, Tim focuses on driving JMI’s technological advancements and fostering strategic partnerships that enhance the company’s service offerings and operational efficiency. His vision for innovation keeps JMI at the forefront of industry trends, continuously improving customer experience and creating new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Maureen Dakesian
Director of Customer Relationships
Maureen serves as the Director of Customer Relationships at JMI Reports, bringing over 23 years of experience in the insurance industry. Known for a strong commitment to customer service excellence, she oversees client relationships, optimizes our partnerships, and is focused on meeting our customer’s needs. With a background that includes leading customer service teams and managing vendor operations, she is passionate about building lasting client connections and driving success.
Jeff Melinat
Director of Professional Development
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jeff has enjoyed spending the past 15+ years with JMI Reports. While he started his career at JMI as a field representative, his role has evolved to match his true passion—helping others as a member of our Professional Development team. As the director, his days are spent providing support, technical assistance, and working with other team members to create clear and concise guidance for the field and quality assurance.
Rebecca Moraco
Director of Field Operations
Rebecca is the Director of Field Operations at JMI, combining her artistic background and operational expertise to lead the team with precision and creativity. She began her career in interior design, working alongside renowned designers to create innovative spaces before stepping away to care for her special needs son, a testament to her commitment to family.
Starting at JMI as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Rebecca quickly advanced through roles in recruiting and operations, driven by her strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to operational excellence. Today, her focus on fostering high-performing teams and upholding the highest standards in field operations continues to fuel JMI’s success.
Anne Djuric
Director of Quality Assurance & Strategic Initiatives
Anne joined JMI Reports in 2006 as a Quality Assurance Reviewer and has since advanced through leadership roles in Farm Agribusiness, Field Operations, and Quality Assurance. Now the Director of Quality Assurance and Strategic Initiatives, she leads her team’s production efforts in the Personal Lines division while also playing a key role in setting the company's strategic direction. Her expertise in both day-to-day management and long-term planning has been essential in driving JMI’s continuous improvement and innovation.
Tara McKendry
Director of Product Innovation & Execution
With over 20 years at JMI Reports, Tara brings a wealth of experience across Training, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Client Services. As Product Manager, she plays a pivotal role in enhancing insurtech solutions, particularly the DIY tool for homeowners, which provides insurers with actionable data and enhances the overall customer experience. Tara’s deep industry knowledge and passion for the insurance sector drive her commitment to delivering impactful, innovative solutions that elevate client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
